Hands represent agency, what you are able to reach, hold and create in your life. Strong, capable hands reflect confidence in your ability to shape outcomes. Injured or useless hands signal a fear that you are losing control or cannot manage what is asked of you. Reaching out with your hands points to a desire for connection or help. This dream asks you to consider what you are grasping too tightly, and what you are not reaching for that you actually need to claim.
