Rain washes away what has grown stale, even when it feels inconvenient. Soft rain can bring release, grief or gentle cleansing of old guilt. Heavy rain that floods spaces becomes overwhelming emotion, as unprocessed feelings spill into daily life. Standing calmly in rain means you accept the need to feel and release. Running from rain shows you resist discomfort that would ultimately refresh you.
